Crystallization Division
Crystallizers are used for the process of Crystallization to obtain high purity products, supersaturation of liquid effluent & concentrate, to produce various salts from compounds.
We have a specialized Crystallization Division under which we manufacture and provide industry and product specific Crystallizers. The main types of Crystallizers are Evaporative Forced Circulation Crystallizer, Adiabatic Evaporative Crystallizer, Oslo Type Crystallizer, Continuous and Batch Type Crystallizer.
Evaporative Forced Circulation Crystallizer
This type of crystallization method is used for compounds that have a property to form crystals at high temperature. Solvent is removed by heating the solution, ultimately generating crystals as precipitate.
Adiabatic Evaporative Crystallizer
These types of crystallizer are based on adiabatic evaporation principal which means, sensible heat is used as latent heat of vaporization to evaporate the solvent thus making it super saturated.
Oslo Type Crystallizer
These type of crystallizer are used when large homogenous crystal sizes are required.
Batch Type and Continuous Crystallizer
Crystallizers can be designed either batch wise or continuously operated based on the frequency of feed made available to it.
