Jet Vacuum Systems Pvt. Ltd. (JVSPL) was founded and established in the year 2007 in Vadodara, Gujarat. The company initially began its journey in the Vacuum line, undertaking orders and projects for various kinds of Vacuum Systems. Having established a strong reputation and carved a niche in the vacuum segment, the company expanded its horizons in 2012 by venturing into the field of wastewater treatment. JVSPL achieved its first breakthrough with the successful execution of a turnkey Multi-Effect Evaporator project for a reputed beverage manufacturing company. This marked the beginning of an exceptional journey, with no turning back since. To date, the company has successfully executed over 200 Zero Liquid Discharge Plant projects and more than 2,000 vacuum ejector projects.
In addition to Vacuum Systems and Zero Liquid Discharge Systems, Jet Vacuum Systems offers a diverse range of products, including Agitated Thin Film Dryers, Continuous Crystallizers, Strippers, and more, catering to various industrial needs.
JVSPL offers comprehensive design and engineering consultation services tailored to meet client requirements. The company specializes in providing end-to-end erection and commissioning support for all its projects, including external supplies. In addition, JVSPL delivers expert solutions in equipment design consultation, plant operation, and maintenance services, ensuring seamless project execution and reliable operational performance.

Our Manufacturing Facility
State-of-the-Art Manufacturing Facility :
Our manufacturing facility at Savli Manjusar- Vadodara is a multi-speciality manufacturing setup with in-house raw material storage facilities, all kinds of high-grade machinery, ultra skilled labour force for all stages of fabrication & manufacturing, assembly & finishing and final quality testing, all under one roof. It specializes in the production of all kinds of Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) systems, Vacuum ejector systems, Crystallization Plants and Dryers delivering high-quality, efficient, and sustainable solutions for industrial applications.
Our pilot plant facility is equipped with a Double-Effect Evaporator and a 600 kg/hr baby boiler, enabling real-time performance validation of evaporation and separation processes.
To ensure the highest vacuum quality standards, we also have a test bench facility for vacuum ejector systems, allowing us to conduct vacuum tests before dispatch, ensuring optimal performance before delivery.
